A few details
Before we talk.
Which setup is right for us?
Shared coverage can suit an operation that does not need agents working exclusively on its queue. Dedicated coverage is a better fit when the workload or requirements justify a team focused entirely on your casino. We review the expected workload and peak periods with you.
How is the price worked out?
We look at conversation volume, case complexity, your busiest periods and the services you need. Dedicated coverage also depends on team size and shift structure. The quote confirms the scope and any additional work before you commit.
Can we move from shared to dedicated?
Yes. We can plan the change around your workload, agree the staffing and pricing, and prepare the team before switching over.
Can we outsource individual services?
Yes. Tell us which part you need covered, whether that is live chat, email, second-line investigations, quality assurance or VIP support. We will confirm the scope and staffing in the quote.
When does the paid pilot start?
The 30-day operating period starts after onboarding and training are complete. Scope, launch readiness and the measures used to review the pilot are agreed beforehand.
What happens if our volume grows?
We review how the workload is changing and agree additional capacity where it is needed. The service agreement sets out how extra work is requested and priced.
What happens after the pilot?
We review delivery and workload together, then agree whether to continue and whether capacity needs adjusting. Commercial and handover terms are agreed before the pilot starts.
